The service can be installed in single family homes, apartments, or commercial buildings. If you are renting, you will need the landlord's written consent to allow installation.

Will the dish be mounted on the roof?

The dish can be mounted on the roof, side of the building, or in the yard. It needs an unobstructed view of the southern sky.

How do I arrange for installation?

Call 800-587-5880 to arrange installation. Installation takes 2-4 hours and you must be present during that time. The installer must enter your house to install the modem and email, as well as test the service.
